On a related note, why are we allowed to use the names of Josef Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Kim Jong Il, Idi Amin, Nicolai Ceaucescu and Pol Pot on the forums, but not the name of Germany's World War II leader?

Probably because Germany itself has strict laws about that, and CCP have to comply with them in order to operate there. As far as I know, none of the other examples there have active legislation out against them in any country.
And I suppose Iraq has laws forbidding discussions about their former leader?

As a matter of interest, would Udorian Volunteer Force or Intaki Republican Army be allowed as corp names?

Well neither of the above are real life so it would be allowed
Except that their names are very similar to RL groups, and the obvious tickers for them would be UVF and IRA.

I`m suprised that Air France and British Airways hasnt complained to CCP over they using Concord as a corp name 
The aeroplane's name was spelt with an e.

A cat once scratched me when I was in Dartford. That animal was evil, and I still have nightmares about it today. I had to have a tetanus shot.
Does that mean that I can petition against the Krazed Killer Kitty Kats from Kent?

That can be taken in two different ways:
* Just because the Gallenteans are descended from Frenchmen, it does not follow that they know where France is, or what went on there.
